Over nearly two decades, Melanie has built a practice grounded in business law, contracts, and regulatory compliance. She has counseled businesses and individuals on commercial agreements, business formation, and risk management; advised healthcare organizations on provider agreements, managed care contracts, and HIPAA compliance; and supported creative professionals with publishing, licensing, and intellectual property matters.
